Clear Vision
The
Journey.
Sport was always just part of life. Football, sprints, cross country, swimming, tennis — whatever was on, I was there. Swimming was something I took seriously for a while and got genuinely good at, which taught me early on what it means to actually commit to something physical and see real results from it.
The dream of being big and lean was always there in the background. Growing up watching the likes of Arnold, Jay Cutler, Phil Heath and Chris Bumstead — that image of what the human body could become stuck with me. It wasn't just about looking good. It was about what it represented. Discipline, dedication, showing up every single day.
Then college came and things shifted. Depression set in quietly, motivation dried up, and somewhere in that period I stopped moving altogether. At my heaviest I was around 95kg — a long way from the athlete I'd always seen myself as. It started affecting everything. Energy, confidence, the way I moved through the world.
The decision to change wasn't a big moment. Just a point where I looked at myself and knew something had to give. Over the next two years I locked in — learned nutrition from the ground up, trained consistently, and dropped over 30kg. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just time, patience and refusing to quit on myself.
Clear Vision came out of that process. The name says it all — knowing exactly where you're going and why. This brand is built for people who are serious about the work, whatever stage they're at.
